Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny, but with a cool breeze.

Curry making this morning then off to the doc this afternoon. At last, got my last test results and Grumpy has a slight problemwith his new meds, so that needs to be sorted too.

BBQ when we get back.

Hope E is well on his way to walking a marathon and everyone else in need, have a hug xx

Enjoy your day everyone xx

Good morning all.
Chicken a la Don! Is that roast?
I hope your results were OK Jan and that Grumpy gets his meds sorted quickly.
Scrambled eggs and bacon for tea tonight. We have Eliza so a quick easy tea is what is needed afterwards.
The brickies are supposed to be here this morning to work on our garden wall; no sign of them yet though. There is every possibility that they are behind with their work given all the rain we have had.
Thoughts are with Cruiser and recovery vibes for E.
Grey here so far, fingers crossed for a bit of sun later on.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, we’ve got fog here which doesn’t seem in much of a rush to lift.

We walked Bill first thing, I’ve ironed since and ordered a table and six chairs for the garden from Ikea. We’ve had our eyes on it for a bit but they wanted £50 for delivery or collection from the store, 15 minutes away, is free so I’ve been checking back to see if they had it available nearby for a week now and today it’s come in stock so we’ve got a collection time slot for tomorrow evening. We’d taken our old set to the tip last Autumn so thought we’d better get on the case when there was talk of a shortage of garden furniture so I’ve had the page permanently open this week and been checking several times a day  I’ve been optimistic too and ordered a couple of extra chairs for when Amanda and Shannon are here

Next up is a walk over to the post office to pay some cash into our Barclays account for Joe which I’ll then transfer over to him.

Hope E’s doing well.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, Thursday highlights are the supermarket delivery this morning, then Kellie and Michael will be here later. I have not been sleeping well due to what I think is arthritis in my hip. I use one of those leg pillows, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I need to ask the chemist what anti inflammatory I could use as I can’t take NSAIDs. I’ve come up with a good idea for SIL’s birthday next week - a nice bottle of wine and a promise to have the children for a sleepover, they have not had a child free night in over a year. I checked with Miss Osc who thinks it is a great idea ;) This day last year, I had my breast surgery.

And you've done wonderfully well Osc xx

Just had breakfast sat outside, in the sun. Then a stonking great lorry went hurtling up the track and we had a massive dust cloud   Didn't reach us, fortunately, but got next doors washing dusty

Morning all :D

Nice and dry right now, but like yesterday think we'll get rain later.

Good luck with your results Jan and hope Grumpy's gets sorted.
Gosh a year ago Osc, you've done so well.

E had a really good night, he's very chirpy and feeling good. He's seen the physio peeps, done the steps and had a good walk. Also seen Mr.P who wasn't too pleased he still hadn't been for x-ray, but he's down there now. Just need occupational therapy to adjust the height of his bed to check if he's safe getting on/off our bed here as it's a bit low. Once that's done he can come home, could be later today :D

Other than waiting for news not doing much else, Sainsbury's are due to deliver this afternoon and that's it.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx
