Dinner tonight

Postby JanB » 24 Mar 2021, 17:18

BBQ :Hi: :Hi:

Entremeadas (pork belly slices - cooked to death  the only way I can eat them) black pork steaks, berrichonne potatoes and broad beans with feta cheese and olive oil.

Sat at the back of the house, with the sun coming round here now :Hi: and we've opened one of the wines that Mena and Brito made. Very nice too 8-)

No dinner for me on Zumba nights - if I eat beforehand I can't dance, and afterwards is too late for me. I had a decent lunch, then a snack mid-afternoon. Mick and B had fish and chips from the freezer.

A Charlie Bingham's shepherd's pie for 2 with steamed cabbage. Just the job on what's been a rather cold day! 8-)
