Sunny start to the day with a little mist around in the valleys.

Washing for me too, but the ironing can wait until tomorrow.

Normal working day here and we're on our first day of de-confinement. Cafes and bars can now open, with restricted hours, but only to serve drinks outside. Looking forward to my coffee already

Bank Holiday Monday, so of course the sun has disappeared Still, it's forecast to be dry, even if it's a bit chilly. B is working, not sure what M and I are up to yet, although we will go to D's at some point. No Zumba tonight, but there's a family quiz at 7pm on Zoom, set by my niece Hannah, so that will be fun They get quite competitive

Morning all, the sun is out but it’s windy and the temperature is currently 3 degrees In a while, I’m going with Miss Osc to line the street for the funeral of the former Brownie Tawny Owl - a great woman who, together with Brown Owl (who died a few years ago) gave generations of children in Howth wonderful times and memories. Very few allowed in the church, but the cortège will drive past her house and people will line the way to the church. After that, it will probably be some ironing Edward is doing some DIY, he fixed an outside leak the other day and today is scraping and painting the inside area where it came in. Enjoy your day, everyone.

Well we've had it all, rain, clouds, snow and now the sun's trying to come out

We really need to get out for a walk today, think it's supposed to brighten up this afternoon so it's wait and see. Even a walk round the close would be better than nothing. Expecting a Tesco delivery later so will have to work round that.
