Hot and sunny...even the Spanish were moaning yesterday how hot it was.

I'm off for a run shortly. I'll come back, have a quick shower then walk into town to the hairdresser. I had my monthly trim two weeks ago but have been letting my layers grow out a bit for the past few months. Bad idea! I have thick hair which is great in theory....but not in this heat and not when you consider it's washed every day. I just can't be bothered with the faff. I don't know how the Spanish girls can tolerate their long thick hair in the heat.
So Neila.....get snippy with the scissors please.

Planning to read all afternoon by the pool.

Don is on BBQ duty this evening and it's my turn to choose a film to watch.

Jo...a very happy 21st to Joe and I hope the surprise went well. xx

It's been wet and miserable here, but it looks to be clearing now, fingers crossed.

Not sure if E will get his walks today, depends on the weather, if not he'll just do another set of exercises. I'm extra sore today, changing the bed didn't help, oh well, another couple of days taking it easy.

We came across the Portuguese men in Lycra the other day Saundra, they're touring the Algarve.

Rather warm now, so we've stopped weeding. Remind me not to wear black jeans in this heat again
