Morning all, it looks pleasant out there. Today is the start of a relatively busy week - Edward gets his stitches out this morning, then later I am getting my eyebrows tinted and shaped, oh joy! Our restrictions start easing from today, hairdressers open, allowed to travel outside our county, shops doing click and collect. There really is a feeling of optimism around. Before I bring Edward to the dentist, I want to change the bed, so better get on with it.

Good luck to E for today Osc, I'm sure he'll feel more comfortable once the stitches are out. I know we've been allowed to for a while, but I messaged my hairdresser today to see if she can fit me in. I really need to apply for my UK passport and would quite like to look a bit decent for the photo .

Jan, hopefully Helder will get it all cleared. Is that the field next to you when looking out the kitchen door? Bet it'll be a relief as it would be a good fire break wouldn't it? What will Helder do with the land?

Well usual usual for me - need to go to the bank at some point but that's about it and will meet Nadine in town as she also needs to go to her bank and then back home to do not very much.

Another day where the weather doesn't know what to do

I was up at silly o'clock, had an appointment at our local surgery for a diabetic blood test and BP check. A phone appointment's booked for Friday afternoon to discuss the results. It's going to be a busy week, apart from tomorrow we have various hospital/GP appointments all week.

Nothing much is happening for the rest of the day, expecting a Tesco delivery this afternoon and that's about it.

Yes Ria, that very over-grown field. Nothing will be done to it, it's normally just left to grow grass for his or other peoples sheep and cows. But it will be so much better for us to look at and yes, a big fire break too.

He's not done anything today, the heavens keep opening Our borehole will be very happy

Hi everyone!

Yet again I went out without my phone (doh!!) and have not long got home I've been to the Quays for a mooch round the shops with Emma, a very successful first into the new Beauty Box shop, as they had Sally Hansen and OPI nail products at ridiculously low prices Then I spent a couple of hours round at D's. No Zumba tonight, I've walked my socks off! Becky is going to spend a few days at her dad's next week, when the regulations change, and has just booked her train tickets

Ally you'll have had your jab by now, yayyy! xxx
