Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 17 May 2021, 05:33

Good morning.

Flippin hot and sunny. 8-)

Yesterday's zip wiring was amazing. We had a drink there afterwards then ended up going back to Gambrinus where I called Don and the three of us had beers and lunch. :D :D

I'll have a swim this morning then plan to have a relaxing day at home. :cute:

It's the start of the GB Menu finals tonight. It's been a great series.

Have a good day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Blowy again, so keeping the temperature down a little.

Glad you enjoyed the zip wire Ally, thought you would ;)

Washing will, no doubt, be dry rather quickly this morning, as long as it stays on the line  Great fun trying to get it on there, without being slapped in the face with a wet sheet

Weeding for me this morning and Grumpy is going to attack the estevas that Heldar couldn't reach in the field next door. Just the one's near our fence.

Leftover curry for dinner, with chips and samosas :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all.
I'd have to have a drink before I got on the zip wire Ally, never mind afterwards! Jan, the washing! That did make me laugh.
In a while I will drop MrsC off in Wakefield to meet up with out daughter and Eliza.
Expecting Steve the decorator to come round today and give us a quote for painting the kitchen.
Grey here today but not freezing, which is always good.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s grey but dry at the moment. Not sure how long that’ll last though, I was ankle deep in water on one path while walking Bill first thing

No plans today apart from cleaning.

Al, it’s been a really good series hasn’t it, and I was so happy for Jude last week :D

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s a pleasant morning here, sun and cloud and definitely a bit warmer. Usual stuff today and also, I need to make a cake for my sister’s birthday which is tomorrow- we will be meeting up at Miss Osc’s house for a takeaway and cake. A bit of shopping to do too, and I need to take out some money. A fairly normal day, which is good.

It's horizontal at the moment Crommers

Just had a bit of a walk around the now cleared field, just to be nosy. Didn't realise just how big it is and there's another ruin on it. Wonder if any-one would build on it? But it does have the forest right by it, so maybe not. And would have a steam though it in the winter.

Good morning everybody.

Sunshine one minute and then grey clouds. Talking to a lady while I was having coffee in town who only livesthree miles away while we were having a coffeee
in town this morning. She said she was nearly flooded duw ti the very heavy downpour last night. The water was only two inches from the top of the
step into her house. The downpours seem to be very local.

Just pottering again.
Ally, do you have any photos of you on the zip wire?
Have a good day evrybody.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here, wonder how long it will last :?

Glad you enjoyed the zip wire Ally, like Crommers I'd have needed a stiff drink before and after.

We've had a good lie in so only just having brekkie  Not much planned, expecting a Tesco delivery later and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Evening! :)

It's been a decent sort of day here - sunny, and not too cold. Becky has gone to her dad's for a few days, she hasn't seen him for well over a year! She took a few bits I had for Harry. I've been into town, I won nearly £40 on the lottery and cashed in the ticket  A few more noughts on it would have been nice ;) D went back to her special exercise class, which reopened today, so I popped in on my way home to see how she'd got on. She said it was good to be back, but very hard work.

Take care everyone xxx
