Morning all :D

Dry, but very windy, batten down the hatches weather :o

Be careful getting in and out of the loft Cruiser.
Enjoy your break Osc, hope the weather improves for you.
Wonder if it is yorkshire pudding Saundra, very strange for brekkie.

Wash day and the dreaded bed change. No other plans, that's more than enough exercise for one day.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Hello everyone :)

It's absolutely vile weather here! Very windy and rain showers. It did ease off for half an hour just before lunchtime, so I took the opportunity to walk up to the Co-op for a newspaper. Doreen has her exercise class, I rang to see if she was still going in the foul weather, as she's not as confident a driver as she once was, but no reply so she must have gone. I've done my housework, hoovered and steamed all through, and have a lazy afternoon planned 8-)

Love to all :) xx

We are into our second day of gales here, although thankfully the rain has abated.

A tree was blown down yesterday afternoon in the country park area between our back fence and the main road during the height of the storm; although it was a young sapling, it was developing into a beautiful blossom tree, and the trunk was snapped in two about a couple of feet above the ground. We could see it from our kitchen window. Such a shame.
