It's a beautiful day here, warm and sunny I have walked my socks off - into town, all round town, up to D's then home, over 12k steps, so might not bother with Zumba later. I'll see how I feel

Did the white bean thingy, just chopped the onions and garlic for the black bean thingy and Jan rang.

We're at the bar! Where are you? Well, Grumpy was trying to have a kip and I'm cooking - I won't repeat her comments, but it was basically to get ourselves down there. She's a Scouse, she can't help it

Her hubby had given himself a day off and they'd gone to Serpa for lunch. We love Serpa too, that's a trip for us Ria

So a couple of hours down at the bar, then Chris turned up and more chat. We sorted out Lucy's birthday party. She's 59 next month and wasn't expected to see 55, so doing really well. I'm going to do some stuff, Jan will too, Chris will do the desserts and Joaquinha is head chef on the bbq. Should be a good afternoon/night

Back home to black bean thingy finished off, just having a glass of wine, then I'll start our dinner.

Not expecting to hear about Molly until tomorrow, I've paid for two nights stay, just in case.

Had a fab walk today, it was a gorgeous day, the kind that makes you want to keep on walking. We walked for three hours, over 15k steps, and our friends loved it. We had not seen them for 8 months so there was lots of catching up to be done, non-stop chatting. Edward is now watching the Europa cup, there has been some use of the f word
