Work 4 - 7 then meeting Don for a pre-weekend beer and a bite to eat. A couple of friends and their partners will be there too.

Cleaning and sorting out this morning, ready for our guests this afternoon. and the final bits and bobs for the salads and bbq. Hopefully, not too late a night. The beer fridge is full

Just checked my e-mail and the vet e-mailed me at 10.30 last night

All Molly's blood tests have come back okay, she does have wind though must give her some of my tablets

She's on a drip and they're going to do further tests this morning.

Z&M are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary today, can't believe it was that long ago

We were up at silly o'clock again today, we're off to Canterbury to collect E's shoes, hope they've managed to get them back to normal. Expecting a Sainsbury's delivery later this afternoon and that's about it.

Morning all, it’s sunny and warmer here..

I’ve got all jobs done early so that I could watch the season finale of This Is Us on Prime. I’m sat here like this still and it finished half an hour ago. The writers have really thrown a curveball there! Me and John usually watch it on a Thursday night but I couldn’t wait, now I can’t wait for him to come home so that I can watch it again and see his reaction

DPD are delivering a parcel in the next half hour, it’s some perfume I’ve ordered from Lush. I always get my perfume from there and like to go in store to sniff them but it’s been 18 months since we were last in the city centre and I’d just run out of the perfumes I have from there so I thought I’d order online...and two hours after I’d placed the order John came home and said “Fancy going into Birmingham on Sunday?!”

Good morning everybody.

It is sunny and getting warm. Have done some tidying up before going out. Took some things to one of the charity shops, a parcel being sent by one
of the courier firms. Cheaper than Royal Mail. Then some shopping at Tesco.
Going to have some lunch and will do some gardening while it is nice. Must put some sun cram on.

Still grey and rather muggy.

Just had an up-date from the vet, Molly has had some food, kept it down but is now on meds to protect her tum, because of not eating for three days and also to increase her appetite. Not sure if she'll be home today yet..
