Another grey and rather cool start to the day. The clouds will go and it will get warm later, just not too warm, this week.

Grumpy is out painting, then we can put up the screening. He's also going to service the pressure washer and get the paint off one side of the house, ready for painting.

I have the joy of ironing

I might not get in the pool later, if it's not that warm, we'll see.

BBQ later.

Morning all, wish it was cloudy here Saundra. It was pleasant here yesterday until the cloud cleared at lunchtime.

Bill’s had an early walk and I’ve set the fans up in the living room so hopefully as they day warms up we’ll have Arctic temperatures inside. I really should consider moving to Iceland, Summer is my least favourite season so I’ve been dreading this weather.

No plans, I’ll hoover in a minute now I can hear Tom moving around.

Another lovely sunny day

We're being very adventurous today, planning a trip to M&S later, we haven't been there since March 2020, oh the excitement

Been cloudy and not so warm all day, but Jose Felipe and Herbert have been up, baled up all the grass on our land and next doors (no, not that idiot's, that's just earth )

There is a strip of land that the old lady who owned this house, gave to her son and it's been up for sale for years. According to Herbert, who lives next door to him, some-one is interested in it. I would be, but not for 65,000€ Not seen any-one walking around, so we'll see.

Because it's not that warm - I'm back in jeans and a cardi - we're putting off the bbq until tomorrow. So gert pie it is

Had an e-mail from the vet, asking how Molly is getting on, so fired one back telling her how unprofessional we think they are. Nicely, but just letting them know.

Managed to find some footie to watch later, so Grumpy will be happy

Hi everyone

Phew, what a scorcher - as the saying goes I walked into town, treated myself to a new dress in M&S, bought some nice salad items in the food hall, then up to see D, and J and J as they hadn't yet set off home. Arrived just in time for a bowl of peaches and vanilla ice cream, yum!! Very sleepy since I got home, mainly because I woke early this morning to very loud birdsong in the garden I need to dig out the fan, to cool our bedroom down before bedtime. Thankfully I swapped the winter duvet over already No Zumba tonight, it's far too hot!
