We had a lovely time with the boys yesterday. They arrived quite early and after helping E get the umbrellas up went off for a walk along the beach. No surprise a visit to Sorbetto's was a must
They got back here around 12.30 for lunch. I did a buffet so not too much cooking, but it's a long time since I fed a hoard of locusts so I was pretty cream crackered by the time it was all ready. They left sometime after 5pm and by the time I'd cleared up and sat down on the sofa I dozed off 
Just been on the phone to AO. We ordered a new toaster due for delivery today. No one knocked the door, but when I went out to collect the bins I found the parcel had been thrown over the side fence. Apparently the DPD driver delivered it 'safely'!!! Anyway when we unpacked it we found one side completely caved in. AO have been very good and will collect it tomorrow and arrange a refund. They did offer a replacement, but although we usually like Bosch products this one feels a bit flimsy.
Taking it easy today, expecting a Sainsbury's delivery later. In the meantime the garden beckons.
