s, Kaz. All she's done is add wall paper in a couple of rooms and painted the workshop doors. We did the rest.

Grumpy made the doors, built the window seat in the lounge, I cleaned out the big fireplace in the lounge and a friend built the fireplace in the dining room. Another friend made the stable door and we re-roofed both roofs and laid the patio slabs.

The water feature in the back garden was "borrowed" from the Grapes Hotels back garden. So over-grown, they never missed it

Looks very nice, but isn't the fact it's Grade 2 listed a bit of a drawback to selling these days?

A friend of my SiL has been looking to move closer to family in Devon, and they went down and viewed this one last week:

Now they were told that it had been stuck on the market for ages because it was Listed, but mind you, I don't know what the estate agent was playing at because I see it's from the link it's actually SSTC?

The whole High Street was classed as Grade 2 listing, just after we moved in Ossie. We were offered 10,000 over what we paid for it within a couple of weeks, as they wanted to open an acupuncturists surgery and wanted High Street as an address. He had to settle for Horse Street instead

Personally, it didn't bother us, but I do think she's asking far too much, for what is basically a 2 bed house.
