Not sure how to describe this but on the apex of the church roof - just below the crane - right on the edge there are two decorative tiny spire things. Between them there is one with a round top, which is taller in the second pic.......

You are right, but to understand the " " you have to know the sculpture. It's a 'bird plant' and as it grows and blooms the birds fly away - the wing is a leaf.

Anyway, well done for the spot Liz, and well done to you all. I enjoyed that.
