A lovely, sunny and fresh morning here. The sun is out, we have no wind so hopefully, a good day

Watering done, ironing after breakfast, quick shower and then I'm off out Being a lady wot lunches today Going out with Jan, Mandy and Nicola. Think I'm only going as Jane is in England

Grumpy has a list - car wash, window cleaned and he has a pork pie for lunch

Saundra, not to dull here yet, but clouding over and the afternoon is meant to be rainy.

Well another usual usual for me. Want to get a few things done in the garden before it starts raining so will do that this morning; and this afternoon I'll pop to Sainsbury's to get some cat food and a few other bits and bobs for next door as she's run out and her home delivery isn't coming until Sunday.

It is another beauty here, already warn and no problems with Jan's wind.

The canopy never arrived, it went to my landlord and I didn't find out till 16:27 so a day, well, three, wasted.

Today is an electrical inspection at 14:00 so at least I have a fixed time and can "escape" for a while.

Thoughts are with Ally and family.

Good morning all, it’s a pretty miserable day here, rainy, windy, and occasional rumbles of thunder. We had thought we might get the bus into town but that plan has been shelved. We are awaiting the supermarket delivery, and I am expecting something in the post from M&S which is due to be delivered today, no sign of it yet. Not sure what we’ll do, I have knitting/crochet/reading I could do but will tidy around first and see what I feel like doing.

I have two parcels due today too Osc. Luckily they all know to leave it in our enclosed porch if we're out.

Nothing much planned for today, expecting a Sainsbury's delivery later. Might have a quick trip into town afterwards, need a few bits and don't want to go in tomorrow as it's the usual washing day. Z&M and the boys are visiting on Saturday. More medals to catch up on

Usual, usual here too today - up early to do some housework, then Sainsbury's with D. Pilates tonight. Looking forward to tomorrow, as I'm meeting some old schoolfriends in Bristol for lunch. Two of them I haven't seen since we were in our twenties
