Good Morning Sunday

Postby JanB » 05 Sep 2021, 07:29

Morning everyone

Another blast of summer today 8-)

Grumpy out watering and the hunters are out too  They were banned for over a year, because of going out in groups, but are now allowed out in no more than pairs, so banging away with their guns, quite happily

I need to clean one of the fridges. No idea what himself has been doing, but it's a mess, so that's this mornings job, as well as some hand washing. I have three dresses, which just hang from my shoulders, so brilliant to wear at the moment, as I don't like tight things around my waist and the scar. But they have to be hand washed :cute:

We had planned a bbq, but I forgot about the early footie, so I'll do something quick afterwards.

Hope the sun is shining for Kaz :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Janb and anybody else who is up.

The sun is out and it is going to be warm. Will be gardening later as there are still lots of weeds at the back.
I may have said new flooring is being fitted on Thursday in the kitchen.

Just watched a man carry a large wooden fence panel from a van to the back garden of a house. He is wearing shorts and flip flops. Not ideal workwear
for that sort of job. The firm is owned by the man who lives in the house which is why the work is being done on Sunday.

Have a good day everybody

Morning all, the sun is coming out and so far it is not chilly. No plan for the day, but it will be dominated by golf on tv :? Oh well, I’ll half watch while reading my book. Maybe a walk before the golf starts.

Afternoon everyone :)

Jan, the sun hasn't shone today, but we've had a fantastic day anyway :) This morning we caught the tiny boat that takes passengers across the estuary, to the dog-friendly beach at East Portlemouth. We walked along it as far as we could, playing ball with Fraggle. Then we got the boat back again, and had lunch in the waterside courtyard of the Ferry Inn. We lingered, as the view was so beautiful :) Chilling out back at the apartment now :)

Happy birthday to Scarlett, Saundra :) xxx
