Make your mind up!!!

If you are going to be a thunderstorm them be a proper thunderstorm - lightning, hail, the lot.

If you are just going to rumble and grumble then sod off and do it somewhere else!

It's a bit similar here. Dark, we've had some big spots of rain but nothing else.

We had quite a storm here yesterday morning, and unbeknownst to us some flash flooding here in Salcombe  It had gone by the time we ventured out, late morning, but it made the pages of Devon Live! https://www.devonlive.com/news/devon-ne ... ng-5886246

That's at the other end of the street we're staying in

Well it never came to anything, just noise and a few large drops of rain. Disappointing as I like a good storm. It is now 23 °C with 88% humidity and hardly a breeze - uncomfortable.

Poor Salcombe.

Frank, it had totally dried out by late morning. We walked up there and everywhere was open.

Same here Frank, there’s been the odd little rumble of thunder in the distance and that’s been it.

94% humidity when I walked Bill at lunchtime. Flippin’ horrible.

No thunderstorms here; we've had a bit of very welcome, gentle on-and-off rain though, which has broken what must have been a 3-week drought.

Master O reports a terrific and spectacular thunderstorm coming in off the sea at Eastbourne during yesterday evening. Plenty of forked lightning strikes with it

The pics looked horrendous, but luckily it disappeared really quickly? I walked up that way this morning, to return our key, and it's dry as a bone.
