Morning Cruiser, morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning 8-)

Cleaning for us this morning and I have some hand washing to do.

We're also going to try and grown some ginger. I've put it in a pot of water overnight and it will go in a proper pot later. Tried before and failed, but different method this rime, so we'll see

And then cutting the spikey plants babies off. Reckon we need about eight, so they can go in buckets of water too :D :D

Hope Crommers is hobbling a little better x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all.
Another nice one too.
Thanks Jan and I hope you are coming along well also.
MrsC is having a battle of wills with a squirrel. She keeps throwing a bit of apple out for the blackbirds. She is determined that they will have it, but one of the local squirrels is equally determined that he is going to have it! She's chased it off again this morning but it just keeps coming back.
Another totter is on the cards and that's about it.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s a miserable wet day here. Off to the gym shortly, then getting the spare room ready for my brother who will be staying tomorrow night. My blood pressure was slightly raised yesterday, so I’ve to get one of those 24 hour monitors, that’ll be next week. It was very hard to figure out the appointment as the next two weeks are pretty busy on my calendar - so different from this time last year when the calendar was totally blank.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

I will be sending a strongly worded complaint to AEG today. We only agreed to use their engineers as we were assured they were all AEG trained, as it turns out not true. I will be telling them our dishwasher must be repaired this coming week or we will expect a full refund.

Expecting a Sainsbury's delivery soon. It's washing and bed change day, more than enough to keep me busy.

Hope you all have a good day xx

We have a Bosch washing machine bought from a local shop who also do repairs.
Had a problem in early July so phoned the shop. They said it was still under warranty and to phone Bosch. This was on Thursday afternoon.
Bosch said they would send an engineer and I was expectinh to have to wait a few days.
He arrived before 8.00 a.m on Friday morning and I was his second call.

We've always bought Bosch Cruiser, but when we had the kitchen done here the offer came with an AEG dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen is lovely, but sadly we now know the appliances don't come with good service when something goes wrong.

Afternoon everyone :)

Crommers, D has a regular squirrel (she's named him Cyril  ) who pinched the fire foid, so now she just puts out more  xx

How are the good intentions coming along Saundra? :D ;) xx

Fresh ginger, Jan - lovely! xx

Hope you enjoyed the gym, Osc! Good luck with the BP monitor next week xx

Jen, I don't blame you one bit, AEG have acted appallingly over this. Ridiculous! xx

Hope your day is going well Cruiser xx

Another busy start here, up to D's by 10 to get our Sainsbury's shop done. She has an appointment this afternoon so wanted to get finished early. Since getting back I've had a good vacuum and clean through, done some washing, made lunch, and am having a cuppa and a breather before doing the last few bits of ironing - they won't take long.

Love to all :) xxx
