Still warm. Still no duvet on the bed. Still got the fan on. Still using the pool.

A swim at some point then walking into town for a few bits from Mercadona.

Don and I met 33 years ago today so we're having celebratory pizzas.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Looks lovely outside, but when I went out, it's rather chilly

We had some wild boar in the field next door during the night Blasted noisy things, as they were rooting in the field, looking for roots. Just glad they didn't try and get into our garden, would have caused havoc

Will get the washing done this morning, as we are forecast rain from Friday for a couple of days. Colder during the day, but warmer at night, which is good.

Breakfast this morning, Jen, will consist of a roast lamb patty in a butty I wanted to use up all the lamb yesterday, so made 6 patties, too much for me, just right for Grumpy

As soon as it warms up, I'll be outside, dead heading and getting rid of weeds, before they get too much. Also acorn picking for Jan's piggies.

Planning on a bbq later, probably the last one for a week or so. Can't really let Grumpy sit outside, cooking, when it's chucking it down We've burnt through the little bbq, so need to get another one, but we have a couple of larger one's, in storage, so will get one out for tonight.

We're up early today, well for us anyway, off to the surgery for our booster jabs in a couple of hours. No plans for after, will see how we feel.

Good afternoon all.
Bright and breezy here, not cold at all.
That sounds like a hearty breakfast Jan.
We have been expecting to hear something re a booster Jen, but nothing so far.
I have been to Leeds today (which was looking remarkably fine) to see the consultant about my hip. He's happy so I'm happy too.
I have to go on with the physio for a while then next February I go back for an x-ray to check that all is well.So, all good so far.
We may nip out for a coffee and a bun this afternoon.

I've filled two bags with weeds and Grumpy is being pool boy.

We've decided that a visit to the bar, before the bbq, is a good idea. Looking at the weather forecast for the next few days, we're in for torrential rain from Friday so there is not a hope of us going down there.

We were up a bit later than usual - I blame the darker mornings - so it was a scramble to get brekkie, showered, and then into town to meet my friend J for 10.30! Then I popped into the pound shop to get some bits and pieces for the kids who might knock for trick or treating on Saturday. Had lunch up at D's, and have been home for about half an hour now. Zumba tonight

Just a quick check in…..the booster at the weekend knocked me for six! Today is the first day that I’ve felt slightly more human
I’ve been shivering, aching and so tired!
