It's huge so a good long mooch is ensured.

Lovely, sunny morning, but with a bit of a wind, so feeling cool.

Washing out and we're off out soon too. Castro Verde market for us, veg buying and I'd like a lime tree too. The hole is already dug for it We'll be keeping the plants inside for a few days, as we're in for a rather cold snap over the next few days.

Then the joy that is Pingo

Pit stop on the way home and I'll probably have a snooze this afternoon, been awake for most of the night

Nothing warm about the weather here - it was just under 0 degrees when I woke up this morning. A definite advantage of working from home is that one doesn't have to leave the house and put up with having to defrost a windscreen / warm up the car happy days!

another usual / usual for me. Heading over to a friends for dinner tonight which will be nice but other than that not much planned besides the usual mix of work and home pootling.

Clear and cold again, with a bit of air frost overnight.

Setting off for my Covid booster once the washing machine turns off, then over to the phone shop to get (another) minor repair done. I really could do with one with an inch thick titanium case, bullet proof glass and waterproof to 10,000 leagues under the sea.

Then some foody shopping.

Stay warm, and don't be fooled by the sun, if you have any, it is damned cold out there - wind from the north.

Lovely bkue sky. It is getting warmer. Have ben outside making room for some more fence panels which are due to be delivered this afternoon.

Will then phone the fencing contractor to arrange a date when he can fit them.
Got some shirts to iron this afternoon.
May not posttomorrow as I am going to help again at one of the vaccination clinics. I have arranged to go once a week until Christmas.

Good luck with your booster WM.

An appointment has come through for my ankle MRI, it's not until 29th December. Probably just as well, I won't be driving for 6/8 weeks and it's at Canterbury Hospital, not exactly round the corner. I'll have to ring them today to see if I can move it though, they want me there at 6.40pm and I'm really not keen on having to drive there in the dark. Lots of unlit country roads.

Planning to sort everything and pack my bag ready for tomorrow.

We've just had a really heavy shower and I'd just got the washing in on time - I saw the clouds coming over, so legged it outside

Going to make favas now and also trying a new recipe for tonight.
