Not sure how long I'll be in hospital Saundra, it's usually anything from 2-4 days, depends how well it goes.

Managed to change the MRI appointment, a very helpful lady rescheduled it to 28th Dec at 2.20pm, much better.

Afternoon all, we were up early today. A local lady who does great work with homeless people in Dublin was collecting a bag of clothes from me between 9-9.30. Then we headed off to a shopping centre, I was organised with a list. We both got new walking shoes for winter, I got some long sleeved tops, slippers and a pair of gloves, we needed bits and pieces in Boots. When we got home I cleared out the cupboard where I keep our top up stock of toiletries and threw out some junk. Now waiting for our grocery shop delivery and sort of watching snooker.

Posting late today. Fetched a paper early on then went off to see the physio, who gave me some more exercises to do. i swear that bloke's trying to kill me.
Just now back from going to Junction 32 at Castleford; MrsC wanted a pair of new winter boots.

I met my friend J for a cuppa, then had a bite of lunch at Doreen's Since I got home I've roasted a tray of butternut squash, red peppers and onion, and whizzed it up with vegetable stock to make soup That will be my dinner, as I don't eat a big meal on Zumba nights. Mick will be having a pork steak with roasted veg.
