Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 29 Dec 2021, 06:03

Good morning.

Sunny and warm. 8-)

Off for a run soon, back to shower etc then settle down for this mornings Cary Grant treat Bringing Up Baby. I haven't watched this for at least 40 years and don't even remember the plot.

I've amassed 80 books on my Kindle so a day of reading. I must start reading the ones already on there instead of continually buying new ones.

This evening we're meeting some friends at the Thai restaurant. :D

Have a great day.

Morning you two.

Dull, damp, rain, drizzle and so on.

The washing machine will do a few loads so the heating will remain on to help it all dry.

Still working on the new laptop to get it to work "MY WAY" and then maybe do a few music downloads from YouTube.

Have an exciting day everyone.

Morning all, it’s pouring down here. Again.

No plans for today apart from ironing. John’s on his site visit again, not sure what Tom’s doing but Joe’s off to the Panto (Oh no he isn’t! :D ) with Amanda and her family this afternoon.

Ally, that’s what I must do too. I’ve got well over 100 to be read on my Kindle. I blame Amazon and their Daily Deals email

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s mixed weather out there, some blue sky with plenty of clouds, very windy and the sea looks angry. After our outing yesterday which we really enjoyed, today is a day to do stuff at home. Edward is planning to pull the bed out for its twice yearly cleaning underneath, with my help of course. There is ironing to be done too, although he won’t be helping me with that  I never did manage to teach him to iron!

Pingo was virtually empty again :Hi: And only one check-out open too - with a queue of at least six people. When will they learn

Washing out as the fog burned off very quickly and we now have a lovely blue sky, with fluffy white clouds.

Treated ourselves to some asparagus for dinner, will do them with presunto and cheese.

The news, on all stations, is full of Jorge Jesus being sacked from Benfica. Honestly, you'd think nothing else was going on in the world

Good morning all.
Groundhog day here again, grey, raining, damp.
We have been to put son's green bin back, it being green bin day and him and gf having gone to the lake district.
MrsC have decided we are going out somewhere this afternoon come what may, we're not being stuck in the house again all day.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Wet and miserable here

Saundra have a lovely time with Scarlett.

Luckily it stayed dry for the drive to/from Canterbury yesterday. They even let E in with me, just as well as I was there for the best part of 2hrs, he would have been very cold outside in the car. Results should be with my GP in 2 weeks.

We've had a nice lie in, no rushing around today. Expecting a delivery from Tesco between 1-2pm, don't really need a lot apart from bananas and fresh veggies so made the order up with general laundry and household stuff.

Hope you all have a good day Image
