Mine always stay up until Epiphany (6th January). I love my decorations so am always sad when they are packed away for another year (but also usually quite happy to have more space back :D )

I didn't put decorations up this year I just opened a page on VV with lots of Christmas icons on display, winking and twinkling, rolling eyes and rolling on the floor laughing.

They were enough for me.

:Hi: :D :) :? 8-) :x

I'll take ours down probably Sunday, not yet though......they do look festive and it's cosy with the fairy lights on, but once they're gone I can put the furniture back in its rightful place!!

Bummer.

Jan's husband has covid.

Not sure when he caught it, he's only just been diagnosed, we saw him last week, so we're staying in our little bubble for at least a week.

Although I have to go to hospital in Beja on Monday, but I'll sanitize, sanitize and more sanitize.

As we always wear masks outside and inside anyway, fingers crossed.

John’s heard today that his boss, Tom, has it.
He and his wife are away visiting their son in America, Hazel doesn’t have it (yet) but they’ve obviously got to rearrange their flights home.

Jeepers, Jan, it never ends.

All the family mixes got cancelled because of it. We still have the meet on the green set up for tonight. The gazebo and screen are in place, but we will be careful re distancing. A few fireworks (for the kids) and a glass of mulled wine (thanks Cheryl) for the adults, Big Ben, then in for bed.

We’re staying in, I’m not a NYE fan and anyway we need to be around for Bill for when the fireworks start.

Enjoy yourself Frank!
