Morning Ally, morning everyone

And how lovely it is to say that :Hi:

Lovely and sunny, although chilly at the moment. We've had a glorious January, really warm during the day, although frosty at night. And no rain  Maybe next month.

Late start, as we got used to having coffee and a read in bed, seeing as no internet. And we just carried it on this morning

A lazy day planned, we've been working our socks off, for the last few weeks, the weeds have gone (well, as much as they ever will  ) and I've sorted out old clothes, books and stuff like that.

Should do some cleaning, I suppose, but might not. Might pop down to the bar later, might not.

Curry for dinner - well, it's Saturday ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Al and all, it’s very windy here but mild and sunny.

Bill can’t work out why he’s not getting his early walk :( I’m still feeling okay, bit sniffly and my ears feel a bit blocked but otherwise okay. John’s not feeling so good though, although I’m not sure that ‘grumpy’ is on the list of symptoms :P
Tom was planning on staying at Shannon’s this weekend but they’ve sensibly decided not to see each other. He’s tested negative and the rules say that he’s okay to carry on as normal but it’s not fair to Judi and David, and Shannon of course.

Enjoy lunch and the takeaway Al, Tom’s going to cook chilli for our tea :D

January hasn’t been too bad here either Jan.

Right, there’s ironing to do…

Have a good day all :D

Good morning all.

Enjoy your walks, talks, lotions and potions and whatevers.

I was woken just after 3 am to the sound of bins being blown over and the wind has not let up since. Gordon's Scottish flag has gone AWOL and taken the flagpole with it.

I am about to go get some black trousers and a black tie for Zoe's funeral on Wednesday. Since retiring most of my formal stuff has been replaced with smart - casual gear. Cargo trousers or chinos and crew neck jumpers and T shirts do not quite meet the spec for a funeral.

Then home to do not a lot.

Hang on to those hats.

Morning all, it’s sunny here but cold and windy. I want to go to the post office this morning and do a few bits and pieces, but mostly doing nothing strenuous is on the schedule for the day.

Jo, I reckon “grumpy” must be on the symptom list for most men with even just a basic cold

Good morning all.
We have taken Eliza to gymnastics and are giving her her dinner. Afterwards we will take her to her other grandparents.
Sunny here but blowing a gale.
January hasn't been too bad in terms of weather, we've hardly had a frost.
Jo, nice to hear you are recovering. "Grumpy" comes as standard with male suffering!
I have just received a letter cancelling my appointment with the sleep nurse with no replacement appointment. Not impressed.
Better than MrsC's cousin though, she has rheumatoid arthritis and she's not been seen for two years.
Have a good day all.

Sorry about your appointment Crommers. Really dreadful about MrsC's cousin, 2yrs is a disgrace!!

Not much happening here, it's bed change day so the sheets are in the wash. Masked Singer on the box this evening and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx
