Good morning-ish.
A lovely day here, nice and sunny.
MrsC is at our daughter's and I'm baking a loaf.
This afternoon I'm off to Marks and Sparks.
Instructions? I remember them.
That is lovely news Osc.
Have a good day all.

Many congratulation to the newly engaged Osc xx

Cleaning done, clouds coming in now, but it's quite warm at the moment. Debating strimming or not. The "lawn" looks lovely, yellow and white with the daises and dandelions, so might leave it until next week.

I remember my step mother saying she never reads instructions, just pushes buttons

I have a choice of books for this afternoon :Hi:

After an extremely wet couple of days today has been sunny and a little breezy.....it's our first weekend since our caravan site has been open, but I don't do cold (and the nights are still chilly!) so we decided to stay home and have a look out somewhere. That somewhere ended up being Tunstall Reservoir, it's in Weardale which is about a 30-40 minute drive from us so after a lie in we went. We walked right round the reservoir, about 3km, but some parts were VERY muddy!! I'd worn old warm boots which didn't matter if they got mucky (just as well!) and Tom had wellies on! It only took about 45 minutes, if that, to circle it, then we went back down into Wolsingham and hunted for a cafe so we could get refreshment 8-)

Amy and a g/friend (plus her 2 kids we have just found out!) have used the caravan instead...they better look after it!

Cruiser I hope your boiler is soon sorted, how have you managed all week with no heating??

Congrats to the happy couple Osc 8-)

Chinese this evening, we know how to live!!

Have a good'un xx

Gosh Cruiser, the sooner the better eh? Stay warm until it's done ((x))

Gal that all sounds very energetic - and muddy!  xx

Well when we got round there D had finally worked it out, and had used the microwave :Hi: That's the good news, but as it's a combination oven the bad is that there's still the convection function to master, plus it also sidelines as a hot-air fryer  :P
