Good morning all
Best of luck for E today Jen, hope all goes to plan. And happy birthday to your daughter
Kaz, hope Becks doesn't feel too bad with it all - Nadine felt really rough for three days, whereas Karl and Amelia had little more than a sore throat. But makes sense to stay away for D for a few days as hard as it is.
Jan, your poor friend, sounds like a horrid time for him
Jo, I think that current guidelines are that if you're testing positive, but are fully vaccinated and asymptomatic then you can continue going out and about. But if you have any symptoms or aren't feeling well or are not vaccinated then you have to go with the 10 day at home thing
Didn't have the best nights sleep last night so this morning I decided to remove the warmer duvet and put the summer one back on and use that with a blanket instead. I've just been getting so warm at night; and I can't really have the window wide open because my bed is right under the window and the wind that comes through has a definite chill to it. So hopefully with the thinner duvet plus blanket it'll make for a more comfy sleep.
I'm in the office today and it's amazing just how much busier the trains are getting again; the car park at the station is filling up again as well. And more and more people are not bothering with masks anymore - it will be interesting to see what happens to statistics in the next few months.
Have a lovely day everyone x
