Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 10 Mar 2022, 06:36

Good morning.

A sunny day forecast. 8-)

Yesterday's spree was very successful.
I got lots of new running gear and two pairs of trainers but the best part was C&A.

Included in my haul was a Led Zeppelin t shirt and a fabulous guns n roses one. I also popped a very pretty pink flowery dress into my basket. :D

I'm meeting my friend Ana at 9 this morning and we're going to park at Guadalmar and walk right into Torremolinos and back.

GB Menu tonight and The Apprentice. Guaranteed giggle.

Have a great day.

Good morning Ally and anybody else who is up.

Cleaning and putting things back in their proper place now the new boiler is installed. It will mainly be the garage and kitchen.
But will do some dusting and hoovering in some of the other rooms.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Lovely, sunny morning 8-)

Treating ourselves to fried egg toast butties this morning, before we head outside and work it off by strimming   By the time I've done the drive too, I'll be jiggered and that will be it for the day. Although I might do some weeding ;)

No cooking, just warming up the stew and add a few side veg, so easy peasy for me :D

Hope B is feeling better this morning x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

hello all
ganglion successfully removed yesterday and now I'm bandaged up and having to do everything with my left hand, and it's taking 4x longer to do anything  roll on Saturday morning when the bandage comes off and I'm allowed to start using the hand more. so keeping this short as I don't have the patience for slow typing

keep well everyone x

Morning all, it’s a sunny one here after yesterday’s unrelieved gloom. Busy day today, dance practice this morning and we’ll leave a bit earlier than usual as I want to get petrol. Back for Michael and Kellie and we have to have an early dinner as Kellie has rehearsal for her dance class show, which is happening on Saturday. Need to do the usual tidying around before we go, and Edward is prepping the dinner. Hugs for all, and be careful with your hand, Ria.

Morning all, it’s sunny here and milder although a little breezy.

I’ve walked Bill and I’m just back from a run. I’m now waiting for the first load of washing to finish so I can hang it out. Joe’s gone to college, he’ll be back sometime this afternoon for a quick bite to eat, change of clothes and then he’s driving to Leeds with his friend Zak for the Leeds v Villa game. He dislikes both teams equally but will be masquerading as a Villa supporter (probably while singing the Steven Gerrard song in his head) but is going to keep Villa supporting Zak company as his Dad can’t go.

Glad all went well Ria!

Have a good day all :)

Good morning.
Grey and dull now after a bright start.
I'm taking MrsC to visit her Auntie Violet in a while then this afternoon we are having Eliza.
I'm glad the procedure went OK Ria, take it steady though? You too Jan.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

How's B this morning Kaz, hope she's feeling a bit better x

E-mail from Eon to confirm our DD for gas and electricity is due to go up £60 per month on from 1st April, goodness knows how much more in October :? this kind of increase is really going to be extremely difficult for people living on the basic state pension :(

We'll be driving over to Westwood Cross and M&S later for our usual weekly bits.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Whizzed into Ourique t o get Grumpy's inhaler, as the doc very kindly sent the prescription through on my phone :D

Noticed Aldi's car park was rather empty and was tempted to pop in, but Grumpy was in his work clothes and shouldn't really be seen out in public, dressed like that

Glad it went well Ria xx Take it easy until you can move it more xx

Lovely and warm now, so off strimming 8-)
