£20/£50 old notes need to be spent by October 1st
Then no longer legal tender
And can be exchanged at a bank

I have no idea what a £50 note looks like. :shock: :lol:

I tend to use cards nowadays so not many new notes either, but thanks Saundra.

I think we've long since laundered any of our old notes into new ones .... :D

Notes don't stay in my wallet long enough to become out of date.
Have to go to the bank at least once a month for some more cash. Still a lot of small shops only accepting cash.
