Super weight loss Ossie. :Hi:

A cheese & onion pasty sounds delish.
Last summer my sis bought me a sausage & beans pasty from Greggs. I didn't think I'd like it but it was fab!

Great read, thanks.

A few happy memories of that stand Oasis- best not to go into any details !

That was always a bit soggy in winter

Well done on the weight loss Os.
A blood test, now there's a shock, not. Every time you go near the doctors they want a blood test. I reckon they must even do the postie when he turns up.

I have visions of the juices seeping out a cheese and beans pasty.

Although that combination is one of my faves on a jacket potato.

Yes, I just wasn't sure about sitting in the stand trying to eat one o' they cheese and bean pasty thingies. I'd get beans all over me anorak .....
Beans are meant for a plate. With toast. :D

I must say, though, that the cheese and onion ones were very nice. 8-) It was a red cheese (Leicester?) and it blended in very well.
Not huge for £2.50, but something piping hot on a raw afternoon was very welcome.

As for the weight - I've since been on a feeding frenzy and put about 3 lbs back on ....
Well, it has been cold ....
