Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Wet, grey and windy. Not a nice day, so had a lie-in :Hi: Even the cat has gone back to bed

Safe and pleasant journey Ally xx

A day for doing not a lot. Grumpy got some wood in yesterday, as we might well be having a fire later. Apart from that, not a lot. Good job we went to the library last week - we now have books

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Saundra I agree with them. She feels poorly so why put her through having a swab stuck up her nose and down her throat. She is off school anyway. She has a virus, why does it matter what the virus is called?
Thats just my thoughts and I hope she feels better soon. As a tonsillitis sufferer as a child I feel her pain. :(

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Safe journey Ally.
Glad Scarlett is feeling a lot better this morning Saundra.

Need to chase our surgery to find out when they sent our prescriptions to Boots. I e-mailed the request a week ago and haven't heard anything since. Expecting a Tesco delivery in an hour or so and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all, I sat down to post just after 11am, then Edward arrived in to say that his bus to the golf club hadn’t turned up. So I drove him to the club, then when I got back, it was time for me to go to the gym. It started raining very heavily while we were at the gym, so I said I wouldn’t go for coffee afterwards. Instead I went to the local shop for a few things, while I was there I met two of the other gym ladies who said they were going somewhere much nearer for coffee and would I join them. Off I went and ended up having a nice light lunch and lots of chat. Back home now and posting three hours after I started  The rain has stopped but I think there is more on the way. Towels in the dryer, bedding in the washing machine, that’s me mostly done for the day.

Afternoon everyone :)

Really tired today as Fraggle played us up last night, and wanted letting out a good few times- sometimes it’s like having a baby again, except I was much younger then   Been to town with D to get her booster jab, then we had a quick cuppa in M&S and went back to D’s. I picked up a parcel in town for Emma’s mum, as Emma is still positive for covid. Watched the news with D, and not long got home.

Hope you had a safe journey Ally xx

Glad Scarlett is feeling better Saundra xx

Love to all xxx

Good afternoon all.
Nice afternoon here, a bit warmer today i think.
I'm glad Scarlett is feeling better Saundra. She must have needed those twelve hours sleep. I agree with MM, it isn't nice for a child to have probes stuck up their noses.
Speaking of which MrsC has tested negative, so it's happy days around here.
Safe travels Ally.
A quiet day here atm, MrsC has gone to the library with her sister.
Have a good day everyone.
