Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 12 Apr 2022, 05:59

Good morning.

Yesterday's traveling went smoothly.

We'd been allocated seats on row 4 so got off quickly and through customs, got a taxi to the hotel to dump our rucksacks then went on to the church.

Brian's funeral was incredibly well attended....Liam had even flown in from San Francisco.

The rest of the day was spent with lots of friends catching up.

It was 10pm before we got back to the hotel and considering we'd been up since 4.45 it was no surprise we konked out immediately.

Checking out this morning at 11 and we're meeting Jude in town at 12 which will be lovely.

After lunch and a mooch round the shops we'll head on to Robin Hood cemetery to pay our respects to Don's parents.

Flight is at 7pm.

Hope everyone is ok. xx

Good morning Ally. Where do you get the energy from?

Will be doing some gardening and housework today.
The sun is trying to come out but rain is forecast for later.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :D

Another sunny day 8-)

Up at silly o'clock, just as well, my appointment was for 11.50 but the hospital rang first thing to ask if I could get there for 10.30!! If I'm finished early enough will probably drive E to town for a haircut.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all, it’s a miserable day here but Edward and Michael have gone to play golf :? Rather them than me  Kellie and I went to the library and she took out two books. She is playing tennis this afternoon and it seems it is still going ahead, we shall see. She got her ears pierced a while back and there was difficulty with changing one of the earrings this morning, it was suggested that Granny might be able to help. Well, Granny tried but little miss independence wanted to do it herself. Cue tears and a decision to leave it for a while. Edward just sent a photo of Michael on the golf course, soaking wet but with a big smile!

Good evening everyone.
So far today MrsC has done the shopping and baked a cake for our daughter's birthday tomorrow.
We have received a massage from Santander which we think is a scam, so are ignoring it.
I hope the appointment went well for you Jen.
Osc, oh to be young and happy like Michael!
Enjoy the rest of the day all.
