Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 16 Apr 2022, 06:08

Good morning.

Forecast 30° today. A few degrees hotter than it normally is this time of year. 8-)

Off for my walk shortly.

Back to laze in the sun and a swim.

Tonight 14 of us are dining at the Thai restaurant. Two birthday celebrations. :cute:

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another lovely warm day here too 8-)

Must get the cleaning out of the way this morning, then head outside again, to get rid of some of the most enormous weeds that grow in the "garden" They get so big and nothing grows underneath them, so I'll be digging them up.

No bar this afternoon - footie calls

Curry tonight - chips, rice and naan bread to go with it.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s sunny and quite cool at the moment but forecast to be much warmer later.

It’s been a busy one so far, I walked Bill first thing and then we had to pick up my Dad at 9 to take him for his booster. He’s all done now, it was very quick today, no queue at all.

Me and Joe are off up the M6 again shortly, for a very rare 3pm kick off. Don’t get many of those now.

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s a fairly dull one here. We’ve had a bit of a lie on and just finishing breakfast. I’ve plenty to do today, change the bedding and do some ironing, so I probably should get moving. But maybe I’ll wander around the internet for another little while…… ;)

Morning all :) xx

Happy birthday to your friends Ally :) xx

Enjoy the footie Jo :), you too Jan :D xx

Enjoy the lovely weather Vic :) xx

Morning Osc :) I hope the family are feeling ok today xxx

It’s a beautiful day here too, and set to stay nice :) Guess where we are? Yep, Corretto’s  It honestly is the nicest café in Gloucester so no apologies for same old same old ;)

We got our new plants in yesterday, I put the patio furniture out, and Mick mowed the lawn, so the garden looks great for Easter tomorrow. Chris is coming for Easter lunch, I bought the M&S Dine-in deal as it was very good value. Round to D’s in a while.

Have a good day everyone xxx

Afternoon all :D

Lovely bright sunshine 8-)

Got the washing machine on the go, mattress protector and sheets. Just turned the mattress round and will be changing over to the summer duvet. We've also raised the bed on blocks. not actually needed for another week or so, but E will be doing the Covid test round trip next Saturday so decided to get it all done today, didn't want to leave it till the last minute. Wasn't easy as I'm banned from heavy lifting, but between us we got it done, absolutely cream crackered now so sitting down for a bit. Still got to actually make the bed, but that will have to wait until later this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day xx
