Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 30 Apr 2022, 06:12

Good morning.

A toasty 30° forecast. 8-)

After my walk I'm planning on lazing by the pool reading.

We're out for a meal with friends tonight and the birthday girl is still deciding between Thai and Mexican. I love both.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Very still morning, sun and blue sky. 28C for us later.

I still have the vacuuming and mopping to do, the puss cat is not overly fond of noisy vacuum cleaners and being a kind person, I let her sleep  ALso have a stack of ironing.

Once that's all out of the way, I'll be heading outside again.

BBQ for us later. Might pop down to the bar before, might not. We're billy no mates, with David and Rita back in Canada and Chris and Lucy on their way back to France.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning, it’s a lovely bright and sunny one here.

It’s new car day today here, Joe’s just taken John to the dealership to pick it up. Tom’s out all day today and tomorrow, he’s assisting with his school’s Duke of Edinburgh bronze award weekend on the Chase so he’s not had far to go. He’s not staying overnight though, our Tom’s no Bear Grylls bless him.

John collected the shopping from Tesco this morning. Bill gets overexcited when the Tesco delivery comes and we need to keep him calm at the moment until his eyes have healed so I changed the delivery to a click and collect.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :D

Nice and bright here.

Our lovely neighbours popped round with a card and bottle of wine for E earlier, very kind. Just as well they weren't too early, after getting E sorted I'd only just got dressed :o We both had a really good night, E's done an exercise session, not too much, and I'll be getting him out for a little walk in our close before lunch.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all.
A nice spring morning here.
The child Eliza is in residence whilst her parents get pre-holiday stuff done.
What kind of car has John got Jo? I hope Bill is coming along well.
Breadcakes are in the oven here, they smell great.
How is E, Jen?
Having a look on line now to see if we can afford a holiday cottage for a few days the week after next. Haven't the prices gone up!?
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all :)

Skipped SW this morning and went straight to brunch in the Quays   Just me, Mick and Fraggle as Becky had an eyebrow appointment at 10  Being a young woman seems to require a lot of maintenance these days :cute:  Round to D's afterwards, then home. It is lovely sunny day, so I have the winter duvet out on the line before storing it away, and some more bedding just about to go out. No rain forecast, so I will probably leave it out overnight if it doesn't dry.

Glad E is doing ok Jen :) xx

Love to all :) xx

Love this weather 8-)

Although I had to give up the weeding, as I was leaking    Managed three bucket loads and then we went down to the bar this afternoon, to meet Steve.

Jackie, his wife, wants me to take her to the next coffee morning. Damn and blast it, just when I thought I was safe  Not sure when it is, will have to check it out.

bbq was spot on, Grumpy now watching the snooker, I'll be happy to go to bed early, been awake since 3 this morning

Hope E managed a gentle stroll Jen xx
