We must've had some rain through the night as the sun loungers are wet but it's sunny and forecast 25 °.

Off for a coastal walk with Don.

Got a couple of things to do when I get back as we're going away tomorrow so will crack on with those.

Masterchef and Sewing Bee tonight. Bliss.

Lovely, sunny morning and we're now heading for some rather warm days About time too

Off to Ourique this morning, need to get some money out of the bank - painful - pay the motorway tolls - also painful - then hit Aldi and Pingo. Also get some prescriptions sorted in the chemist.

Pit stop for coffee on the way back and then swift change of clothes - shorts and t-shirt - and head outside, slapping on the sun screen

Hope the DN turned up at a reasonable time yesterday jen and E is doing okay x

A cool grey morning here, we've had rain overnight.
The child Eliza is here so there will be a battle for what's on TV later, she for Ceebeebies, me for Grandadbeebies. She will win.
We need a couple of bits today but not much.

Will be doing housework as I am having visitors on Friday.
Going out tomorow for a walk along the canal with friends and then retiring for lunch at a local pub.

Morning all, it’s fairly dull here although the sun is making an effort to peep through the clouds. Off to the hairdresser this morning for a needed cut and colour. Back to do bits and pieces and there will be a supermarket delivery this afternoon. Must put a wash on before I go out and I also need to book a local restaurant for breakfast on Sunday week - I know that sounds mad but they do very big brunch business on Sundays so I want to make sure we get in. My brother will be here for that weekend as we are officially celebrating our 50th anniversary over a few days, we’ll be having champers here later in the day before going out for a family dinner that evening, so there will no cooking done that day.

Cruiser, your day out sounds just perfect, enjoy it.

Morning all

Nice and bright at the moment, but rain's forecast for later.

The DN arrived mid afternoon yesterday. E's wound looks really good. It's dermabond again so no stitches to deal with, just a small knot either end. She'll be back on the 10th to clip them.

Not much happening here, providing it stays dry we'll get out for a short walk round the close and that's about it.

I went into town early as I had to go to the P.O. and M&S before meeting my friend J for a coffee. After that I had a few minutes on the sunbed, then walked up to see D. Since getting home I've put some washing out and tidied round.
