Good morning Tuesday

Good morning.

Scorchio. 8-)

Don's taking me over to Benalmadena around 10 to meet up with my seven friends. :D

The hotel looks lovely and they're all really happy with it. :D

My chortle muscles will get much use over the next two days.

Hope you all have a good day.

Morning all, it’s a pleasant day here although showers forecast as per  I’ve been awake more or less since 5.30 :( but it did mean that I got up a bit earlier. I already have a wash on the line and another ready to go in the machine. Bed changing today, which I didn’t do yesterday as I did other things instead. I might get out for a walk. I also want to start the process of checking in for our cruise, it is done through an app and from I see on some FB groups, it can be tricky. It looks as if we will have to have an antigen test done in Italy the day before we sail, but I emailed where we are staying and apparently you can get it done in pharmacies there. More than three weeks before we go and I’m already working off lists, as we have quite a bit happening in the meantime

Morning all, it’s sunny and mild here although rather breezy.

Bill had his walk first thing, the ironing’s been done and the dishwasher has done it’s magic and been emptied. I’m annoying the rest with that as I used to run it daily and quite often there wasn’t a great deal in so I decided to try every two days and now apparently there are problems with fitting things in….but if ‘they’ loaded it properly there wouldn’t be problems. They seem to struggle with plates and manage to lodge them half in the one row and on a slight diagonal into the row behind too

Had the lovely news last night that our friends’ daughter, Eve who is the daughter of Ruth and Rob, has got engaged while at Disney in Florida. I was texting back and forwards with Ruth and we found her some very interesting hats  Eve is the girl who’s 3 days older than Tom and they’ve spent a lot of time together growing up, history repeated itself as Rob is two weeks older than me and our parents were friends. They lived a few doors away and we’ve always been like brother and sister as we both had much older siblings.

Have a good day all

Lovely news Jo :Hi: :Hi:

Grumpy out with a firm sandal, to sadly kill a hornet. We have doubled checked and it is the Asian one and the last thing we want is a nest of them, so it has to go.

Managed to get an hour of weeding done, half of one flower bed

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast here, rain's not forecast, but I wouldn't be surprised if we had a few showers.

We knew the DN was due today so decided to get up a bit earlier, just as well we did, I'd just filled the coffee machine and sorted the bathroom ready for E's wash and she was here. The dressing's off so it shouldn't be too long before he can sit in the shower and have a 'proper' wash :D

Not a lot happening today, just a couple of walks round the close weather permitting.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all :)

Went into town to use the sunbed again. It's worked quite well, as the psoriasis is much improved 8-) Had a sarnie with D, walked home and am now contemplating the last of the holiday ironing  I do take a travel iron with us, as both M and I wear a fair bit of linen on holiday, and that creases no matter how carefully you pack :cute:  Lamb chops with Mediterranean veg for dinner later 8-)

Ally, happy chortling! :D xx

Glad you got your weeding done before it got too hot, Jan ;) xx

I've had lists hanging around for weeks, Osc   xx

Congratulations to Eve and her fiance, Jo :D xx

Glad you got done before the DN arrived Jen :) xx

Really glad Scarlett's having so much fun Saundra :D xx

Love to all xxx
