Worst Bank Holiday weather ever?

Been rubbish here, 14C at night which is okay, but only 30C during the day, if we're lucky,.

Much better from tomorrow, can cope happily with 35C, don't like it much above, but can live in the pool

It has not been too bad here, Saturday we had sunshine all day, Sunday after the rain in the morning the sun came out.
No rain on Thursday and Friday so not bad not not normal summer weather. I am still wearing a jumper in the house as the temperature on the
controller for the boiler is only showing aboput 17 degrees in the kitchen.

Despite the rain there are stil some brown patches in the lawn which I cut last week

Another rubbish day here so far. Grey and cold.

Nope hailstones the size of Large marbles. Some drifts of them were there for about 2 hours or more. They did quite a bit of damage to the softer stuff, hammered the soft fruit.

You can see in the pool that they were causing water to jump nearly a foot when they hit. The image below is a bit grainy but if you look at the white lines coming up from the pool, those are hail strikes.



We also lost power. After about 2 hours I pulled the Genny out, flipped the mains isolator, plugged into an outside socket and brought the whole house back up. When I powered down 4 hours later it was back but not sure when.
