This has made me laugh out loud.

I've got friends who say they've walked 20 million steps a day. Yeah...to the fridge and back.

I only wear my Fitbit in the morning when walking or running.

I don't need to know what I've slept.
I generally go to bed just after 11pm.
I'm awake (early bird) 6ish up, refreshed and good to go.

I don't need a device to tell me this.

But....not knocking anyone who does Apple/ Banana or whatever.

I have to say also....when I saw the thread title I was a bit alarmed as Don and I had only the day before discussed our apple drop and we need to watch the fall.

Ally that’s really all I want one for and that’s why I think a Fitbit is enough.

Apparently an Apple Watch can do an ECG, why???

I have an Apple Watch.

I bought a bag of six Braeburn on Saturday and there are only two left. I need to keep an eye on them in case they run out.

My current 'Fitness tracker' is Me. I have a walk, go home, have a cuppa and relax. It costs sod all, and works year round. My annual NHS MOT tells me all the rest I need to know. Just had the latest and all is OK.

No expensive wrist band tech needed. They can be stress inducing where no stress needs to be.

I wear my Fitbit all day - mainly because otherwise it would probably go the way of all the umbrellas and sunglasses that I manage to lose  :cute:
