Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 27 Jun 2022, 06:11

Good morning.

Oven hot and sunny.

Back from a quick run.

Swim soon then going to Malaga Nostrum which is a shopping area.
I bought a couple of running vests a few weeks ago from Sprinter and they're great so I want to get another two. Only five euros.

There's a shop called Kiabi that sells lovely baby clothes which will be getting my cash today.
I'm getting Rachel stuff for when she's a little bit older - I saw a wee dungaree dress that I'd like and various other things. I'm going to be doing lots of oohing and aahing methinks.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny but still blowing a hooley, so feels cool

Having fun putting the washing out this morning

Will do some more weeding later. Looks like the sheep have gone, so we can get into the field without being surrounded and will check the battery store for petrol for the strimmers. If we have enough, we can get some strimming done, probably nice and early tomorrow.

it's eerily quiet, with no dogs barking, early morning ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a lovely morning here with no rain forecast, for a change - we had a few torrential showers yesterday. After a weekend of doing absolutely nothing except changing the bed and otherwise sitting around reading and watching golf on tv, there is a lot needs doing! Ironing is top of the list. I’m going to the gym this morning and having a pedicure this afternoon, so will have to be busy in between. Edward will be playing golf later on. Padraig Harrington won the US Senior Open last night, so we stayed up to watch it, very exciting. We are going to the Irish Open Pro-Am on Wednesday and it will be great to see him after such an excellent win.

Cruiser, we cruised with Celebrity a few weeks ago and their app was very good. We were able to check in online before we went, then when we went to get on board, it was the fastest check in we ever had, on board in less than 15 minutes. During the cruise we could check our account, check out all that was happening and use the app as our cabin key if we wanted. I’ve heard other cruise line apps are not so good.

Morning all.
Chucking it down here atm.
I'm trying to book an appointment with occupational therapy and having no luck. All our call handlers are busy, ring back later.
The peak of excitement today will be paying the water rates.
I'll have a lie down after.
Have a great day everyone.

Morning all :)

I’m in the M&S cafe waiting for Em. I’m early - the plan was to have a wander round town first, but it started raining so I’ve come inside :cute: I put washing on before I came out, but that will most likely have to be tumbled! Probably doing Zumba tonight will see how it goes.

Have a good day everyone xxx

Good morning all

A pleasant start to the day weather wise, but now clouding over a bit - fingers crossed we get some rain - the garden and allotment can do with it.
I'm in the office every day again this week - sigh. We have a number of colleagues coming over from our US head office (including the big boss) so need to be here. Roll on the summer when I know it'll be quiet :D

Have a fab day everyone x

Morning all :D

One minute sunny, the next dull, think rains forecast :?

We had a lovely day yesterday, popped some photo's including the King George steps on Fb. I'm quite proud of getting up/down them. It's really not easy and I'm quite slow with my walking stick, down is difficult, climbing up is a trial. They are in two sections so I usually stop for 5mins halfway to get my breathe back. I wouldn't even attempt them if we walked along the pavements and through the park to reach them, far too uneven for my poor ankle. At least once we're down them it's nice and flat along the promenade.

Trying out my new insoles indoors today. Expecting a Tesco delivery later this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx
