Some people

went to our Grandsons ( 11) sports day today, while queuing at School gates on a narrow pavement we had to make room for others wanting to pass.
So I stepped back which put me on the end of a driveway whereupon the guy came out and said - get off my drive- .
Well the front garden? was just weeds about two ft high and the front bay window was half glass and half plywood

There is a house at the topof the crescent occupied by a widow who is over 70. The drive and front garden is full of weds and tall floweres.
I wonder how the postman manages to deliver letters as it does not look safe to walkm up the drive. She has refused to let anybody trim the
vegetation.
So you are not the only one with neighbours who don't care what their garden looks like.

I had similar once, Vic, way back when we lived in Crewkerne. The bloke's drive was about 50 yards long and he deliberately came across and ordered me off the end of it. I was simply waiting for someone I was meeting.
Not worth getting angry about ...... (although I did at the time! )
