Cryptic does not work for me. My brain reads too deeply into things and I go off on tangents, then when the answers are given some of them are so simple it drives me mad. :roll:

I buy the DM every day. Read most articles witha pinch of salt unless it is flavour of the month.
I like the articles Tom Utley writes.
Am fed up of the news on TV. The long time about the possible record temperature and every news channel for many minutes being repeated on the
weather forecasts. Again it was all about London and te south east. No mention of Manchester and other northern towns.
The BBC did notlike the fact that Conningsby in Lincolnshire recorded the highest temperature before heathrow.

Unlikely that they'll be right again. The climate has changed just enough that it will take a 1,000 year winter storm to meet their prophesies of doom.
