Have fun Ally, and enjoy your steak - one of my favourites :)

He's coughed on and off all night, so pretty rough really. I am about to make us a cuppa, and think he ought to stay in bed today. We'll all be staying in as I don't know yet if I've picked it up and would hate to spread it - I will test tomorrow even if I still feel ok before I go anywhere. Luckily we have plenty of food in, enough to last all week if I do get ill, although both D and Emma have said I only have to ask if we need anything! I have ordered another box of tests as we only have a couple left - Boots next day delivery - they cost near!y 15 quid with delivery charges! :cute:

Take care everyone xx

Good morning everybody,

The sun is out with lots of blue sky and the white vapour trails from aircraft. So some people must be going on holiday.

Kaz, hope you aren't too ill and are soon back to normal.

Wilbe ironing bedding this morning. Didin't feellike doing it yesterday as I had done one basket full and the maiden was full.
May wash the car if it keeps fine.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all.
Warm but breezy here.
I hope you and Mick are OK Kaz. That's a bit steep, £15.
Family dinner today with son and sister in law.
My phone is driving me nuts, it won't download photos sometimes, other times it does but says that it hasn't.
We need some bits so I'll be off to the farm soon.
Have a good day everyone.

I'm absolutely fine, Mick is the poorly one. He's coughing a fair bit but got up to shower and put clean t-shirt and shorts on. He's watching telly upstairs, me and B walked the dog while it looked quiet on the field :)

Morning all :D

Hot and sunny 8-)

Hope Mick feels better soon Kaz. Gosh £15 is a bit steep!!

E's knee is a little better today, but he'll take it easy and hope we can get out tomorrow. We had to give up on the garden yesterday mid afternoon, the wind was a bit too strong for the brollies, thought one of them was going to take off :o Just as well we can open up the back of the house so we weren't too hot inside.

Too hot to do much for dinner, so I popped a gammon in the slow cooker yesterday. We'll have it cold with salad later. Choccy blancmange with orange jelly for pud.

Stay cool and have a good day xx

Afternoon all, we got up early today and were on a bus at 9.30am - Edward wanted some new light coloured trousers and M&S had up to 50% off some of their stock. He struck lucky, ending up with four pairs which fit very nicely, not all were reduced but still good value and nice quality. We were back home before 1pm and I’m planning some time in the sun while Edward watches sport. He has made a pasta sauce for dinner.

It has been raining all afternoon here. No complaints from me, because we certainly need it.
