He is SUCH a pain in the rear

Postby JanB » 25 Jul 2022, 19:42

That idiot next door is really, really peeing me off.

He is not happy that we have a tree on his access, branches from another tree or that we also have our electric meter cutting short his 10 meter access.

We now have to contact the ICNF (forestry bods) to get some-one up to see if we can cut the trees. And he wants the answer in writing

We're going to check the length tomorrow, to make sure it really is what it's supposed to be, as it will be a pain in the bottom - and an expensive pain in the bottom - to have to move our electric.

If he was that worried about it, surely he should have sorted this out beforehand?

Oh no, he's Brian. I do things arse backwards

Is there anything in your title deeds about having the right to have your electric meter where it is? Surely even back then when it was originally installed, the previous owners would have had to have permission from the owner of that piece of land to put the meter on it?

It all sounds so frustrating for you - I am sorry :(

There is nothing in the deeds about the electricity Ria, as far as we know.

I'll be ringing ICNF this afternoon, to see what they have to say and hope they can come out.

Any chance that the local Mayor's office can contact him and advise him that being an asshole all the time is not conducive to an easy life in the area???
