Morning Ally, morning everyone

Mist slowly going, but grey still. And pleasantly cool. Love this time of year, when the temperatures drop a little. Mid 30's is fine with me 8-)

Cleaning morning for me and Grumpy is being the gardener as he is insisting that he transplants the cuttings, so I'll leave him to it.

General pootling afterwards, tv, pool, reading and prepping the stir fry for tonight.

Hope Cruiser got off on time.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it was overcast when we got up but the sun has come out now, it’s a bit cooler though. We had a nice time in Wicklow, weather was good and we ate out Wednesday evening and Thursday lunch. I don’t even need to unpack our bag as we are going for another night on Sunday  SIL’s boss is from Belfast and apparently he is having a big barbecue there on Sunday, paid hotel room provided. It sounds a bit like a command performance as SIL says he can’t not go. Miss Osc was thinking of asking my sister to do the overnight babysitting, but I know she wouldn’t do it, she would be nervous staying overnight with the children, so we volunteered. Therefore today and tomorrow I need to catch up on ironing and general housey stuff. Going dancing tonight. Edward has gone to play golf. I’d better get moving!!

Hope Cruiser is well on his way and has a lovely cruise.

Morning all :D

Hot and humid 8-)

Yesterday was lovely, the weather was glorious and it was so nice to see the boys. They get bigger every time we see them. Elijah is now the tallest and I think he's still growing, he definitely takes after E. The only one smaller than me is Noah, but I don't expect it will be too long before he has a growth spurt. I can't believe Zachery will be 18 this month :o

We were up ridiculously early this morning, I couldn't sleep in, too hot. Because we didn't go shopping yesterday we showered and then popped over to M&S for a few bits. We were there just before 8.30am  it was like a ghost town, can't remember the last time I was out shopping so early. Anyway managed to get everything and was back home just after 9 for brekkie.

The bed's stripped and the washing's on the go. More than enough to keep me busy for the rest of the day.

Stay cool and have a good day xx

Afternoon all, it’s warm and humid here.

Bill enjoyed his walk first thing, then it was back to strip the beds and get that all washed. That’s all blowing about on the line now. The Tesco delivery has been too. This afternoon I’m getting my hair cut, Joe’s going to be running in that area so I’ve cadged a lift. It’s either a 45 minute walk each way starting with a long hill (and there’s one coming back too) and I don’t want to be a mess when I get there or a total of four buses when they’re really unreliable.

Have a good day all :D

Afternoon all :)

Ally, enjoy! :D xx

Hope you got all your jobs done, Jan :) xx

Glad you had such a nice time Osc :) xx

Jen, they grow so fast! I am titchy next to all three of mine, as even B is over 5ft 11, and the boys both around 6ft 3  xx

Hope Cruiser got away ok, and has a brilliant time :)

It's a perfect drying day here too Jo :) xx

I forgot to take my phone out with me this morning. I rushed out as M offered me a lift, and as I'm still not fully up to par I was very happy to take him up on it! I needed a couple of things in town, and was also desperate to get on the sunbed, as it had been two weeks since I had been, and my psoriasis is up - possibly made worse by the virus. I walked up to D's, had a sandwich lunch with her, then Mick came and picked me up from there.

I've ironed just enough to get us over the weekend, and now have my feet up. Easy dinner tonight, I've roasted the rest of the big tray of chicken thighs I bought the other day, and we have a load of salad stuff, including toms and cucumber from D's greenhouse.

Love to all xxx
