This one has been sold ish. Promissory contract signed.

Hope the lawyer looks into the high tension cables we might be having here. Goes right over the house

Nice! No price on there though, now it's sold.

The neighbours across the road were talking up their recently renovated ground floor and postulating the whole house would now be worth €200k. No point in responding to that, the estate agency came in and valued it at €90k. They paid €40k for it about 6 years ago.

Dear me, the Brits are leaving Portugal  Another friends house on the market.

That's a beautiful property.

This is a friend's apartment, right in the main square in Fuzeta.

I even recognise the sofa bed

She bought it for 99,000€, then met a rather rich accountant and they've done it up rather nicely.

Was a pit beforehand

Nice, but isn't that quite pricey?

Not for where it is Kaz.

We sold before the Fuzeta boom. The cost of house there now is silly money.

Nice apartment thought, even if we did give here the sofa bed. Not a lot of outside space, but right in the thick of things. Bit noisy in the summer, but great for holidays letting and that's for most of the year.

And that's probably why it's been on the market for over a year. But she rents it out, makes over 1,000€ a week  in the summer.

I wouldn't mind living there, but would need to make a few changes, re-do the bathrooms, knock a wall down into the bedroom next to the kitchen., which used to be the dining room, oh and sort out parking, no a hope, locally.

And get rid of the cafe underneath

So maybe not feasible ;)
