Air Fryer

Cromwell,
I have got a Ninja AF 300 UK air fryer. I boughtit direct from the company. There are other makes and suppliers.
Make sure you have enough room on your worktop and the lead will reach to a 13 amp socket.
If you are buying one get one with two drawers. This means you can cook veg in one drawer and meat/fish in the other.
Ninja get very good reports. I have ben on their mailing list for several weeks. Kept getting email to say they had more stock but it had all gone
before I could place the order. Then early Wednesday morning saw it was back in stock so ordered it online. Delivered by Yodell on Thursday
afternoon.
Have used it to cook bacon, steak and pigs in blankets. Did lovely roast potatoes parsnips and mushrooms.
Easy to clean. Drain oil out before washing trays in hot water, finally drying the inside with paper towels.
Early days but very satisfied. Not using oven now.

You will need a pastry brush to put the cooking oil on the vegatables and meat before you start the cooking cycle. Got mine from Tesco.
