Good morning Thursday

Postby Ally » 02 Mar 2023, 06:37

Good morning.

Had a fabulous day yesterday. The market was delightful and I was introduced to lots of sis and Mark's friends. Just lovely. :cute:

Having a day out with Michele today to a place about an hour's drive away.
Lots of walking round and a spot of lunch. :D

Mark's taking us out for dinner tonight. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Frost on it's way now, as the sun is melting it nicely, but it was rather cold when I let the cat out at 6.30 this morning

And the cat is not my favourite at the moment, she took a huge chunk out of my hand yesterday

We ordered some trees last week and they're on their way :Hi: Not used this website before, but very impressed with them. Hopefully will be with the trees too

We hope to get the wall art up today :Hi: and I will be making a curry for Saturday. Out for dinner with friends tonight :D

Enjoy your day out Ally x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s fairly dreary and wet here at the moment, chilly too. We are going to dance practice this morning, then will go to the nearby shopping centre for some lunch and a mooch around the shops. Ooh the rain has stopped and there is some blue sky :D

hello all and good morning

Ally glad you're having a good time, but then that was guaranteed to happen :D and Jan, good luck with the trees, hope they're good quality - hope you both enjoy your respective dinners out tonight
Saundra, books are always a good idea
Osc enjoy the mooch and the lunch
Cruiser and Jen hope you both have a good day doing the domestic things x

Nippy start to the day here - had to scrape the windscreen; and next week temperatures look set to drop right down again - brrrr. It's a very hazy day today with that weak winter sun trying to break through the clouds but just not succeeding. I'm going to try leave early today. I've had two very late nights this week and I'm just getting too old for that   I'm exhausted. Tomorrow will be a busy day so I want to make sure I have a lovely relaxed evening and early night!

Have a fab day everyone x

morning all.
Grey and chilly here.
We have been for a paper and to the atm. This afternoon we are picking Eliza up from school.
A man has been in the field over the road with a theodolite (sp?).
Which to me makes it very likely that they will be building houses on it before much longer.
We've got to drop immigration numbers down or there won't be a green field left in the country. This village must be four times the size it was in the 70's, there are new estates everywhere, more traffic, worse roads and it's murder trying to get a GP appointment.
If it carries on I honestly feel like moving.
Right, moan over and I've got to cook a stew for tonight.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon all - just about

Mick took me shopping this mothing as D is a bit under par - I picked up a few bits for her. Home now for a quiet afternoon, Mick hoovered and mopped for me earlier so not much needs doing. It's a beautiful spring day here - well it's meteorological spring now anyway, and the daffs are out :D

Pilates tonight, will be careful. The GP referred me for an x-ray on my hip, that's next week.

Enjoy your day, Ally :D xx

Have a good one, Cruiser :) xx

Saw your other post, Jan. Take it easy xx

Your day sounds fun, Osc :D xx

Enjoy your books, Saundra xx

Loads of fruit and veg in our Sainsbury's, Jen, no shortages here! Hope it's the same for you today xx

An early night for you then, Ria! ;) :D sxx

Crommers, if only they'd build the schools and GP surgeries to support the housing it would help. It's the same here, swathes of new housing without them :? Xx

Take care everyone :) xx

Kaz, just down the road in Featherstone they are proposing to build more than 1,500 houses; no word on any more doctors or schools.
