Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 19 Mar 2023, 06:05

Good morning from warm sunny Cartagena. 8-)

Had another fabulous day yesterday. :D

Walked 18km in total. Port, castle, museum and a general all round touristy pleasurable place to be. :D

After breakfast we're going to visit the Roman remains then walk the opposite direction from yesterday.

We've booked a table for dinner tonight at an Indian restaurant that we passed yesterday and caught our eye. :D

Have a great day.

Safe travels today Kaz & M. xx

Good morning Ally,

Sounds as if you are going to have another fabulous day. You must have good walking boots.

Here there are still grey clouds but the sun is trying to come out. If it stays dry will do some weeding.

Have good day everybody.

If it warms up, we'll go out in the garden and do some work. If it doesn't, we'll stay inside with books

Sounds as if you're having a great time Ally :Hi:

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s mostly cloudy here, haven’t been out yet so don’t know if it is cold. Am planning a walk around the block in a while but have no other plan for the day although I’ll probably spend some time working on my jigsaw and maybe some knitting although not at the same time ;) The final of Dancing with the Stars Ireland is on tonight, also The Gold, which we are enjoying.

Morning all.
You must get through some trainers Ally.
Sunday lunch today with our son, not too much else on.
We had a lovely meal out with our son and daughter yesterday.
Osc, well done to the Irish team yesterday, a well deserved win.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Happy Mothers Day to all the mum's.

Safe flight Kaz.
Glad you're enjoying Cartagena Ally.
We binge watched The Gold Osc, excellent.
Loved the photo's on Fb Saundra, what a lovely visit from Scarlett.

I had flowers from Z yesterday and a lovely, very unusual card from M. Not much happening today, usual roast chicken and veg for dinner, followed by choccy blancmange and orange jelly for pud. Oh and E's popped a bottle of bubbly to chill in the fridge.

Wishing you all a good day xx

Morning all, it’s dull but dry today and still mild.

Joe’s gone to the Harry Potter attraction at Watford today with Amanda and her family and Tom’s just gone into Stafford. Had a lovely time around Birmingham with him yesterday evening. A mooch around the shops, then onto the OC for a couple of drinks followed by a walk across to the Jewellery Quarter to Otto for amazing pizzas. After that we walked back into town and got a couple of coffees and some donuts from Tim Hortons and headed to the seating overlooking St Martins with them seeing as it was a mild night. Honestly can’t believe how different he is since he and Shannon split up, she must have been making him so miserable.

There’s washing on the line, I’ve hoovered all through and I’ve also made a pasta bake for John and Tom for lunches this week. Cottage pie for lunch today so I’ll start that shortly.

Not going to the match today, John would’ve come with Joe already having plans but Tom’s a bit wary of giving Bill his injection. If it’d been an earlier kick off we’d have been back in time but it’s 4.30 and he has to have his insulin between 6 and 7.

Have a good day all :D
