Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 22 Mar 2023, 06:09

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 25°. 8-)

Going for my walk to end up at my four week hairdresser appointment at 10am. They come round so quickly! :o

I can see me using the pool from next week so I'll sit by it today and dangle my legs in.

Reading and general slothness this afternoon.

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Ally your temps are even higher than Cyprus! :D xx

Morning all :)

It’s another sunny day, but we’re going exploring 8-) The Tomb of the Kings, in Paphos! No idea which kings, but no doubt we’ll find out when we get there  :geek: Nearly half nine here, and just finishing up breakfast on the restaurant terrace. The local buses run every ten minutes so we’ll wander out to the stop in a while.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Foggy at the moment but supposed to be 25C and sunny

Have a lovely day exploring Kaz xx

I have a bloke arriving this morning to tidy up my laptop (saves me losing it for three weeks, whilst Carlos in Ourique does the same), then we'll head off to Ourique and do the shopping. Need to go to the drogaria and get some stuff to remove the moles. We're having no luck with coffee grounds, things on sticks or even vinegar, so nasty stuff it will be.

See how the day goes, I'll hopefully make appointments for us both, in the Algarve, to see the eye doc.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, sun and cloud here. Busy day planned, I want to do all the ironing, also go to the post office to take out some money. There is serious discussion going on in this house about buying an air fryer. Edward is like a dog with a bone, researching, measuring, comparing. I’m letting him get on with it and contributing when asked ;)

Hello and good morning

Kaz, following your trip on FB; looks amazing
Ally, I'm a tad (very) jealous of being able to sit by a pool - enjoy!
Jan, hope you get the laptop sorted and good luck with the appointments.
Cruiser, hope you get the bits and bobs sorted and fingers crossed the sun stays out
Osc, let Edward do all the research because there are sooo many out there - but they are amazing, they really are.

It's a dull and damp start to the day here, hoping it brightens up a bit. In the office today so nothing exciting to report

have a lovely day all x

Afternoon all, it’s sunny here for a change. I think we have just today as respite from the grey sky and the rain.

I’ve got washing blowing about on the line so that should dry nicely in the sun to be ironed later. Bill had a long walk earlier too, it was so good to be out without the risk of it starting to rain at any moment.

No plans otherwise, might sow some grass seed later to try and fill a few muddy patches.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :D

Wet

Enjoy your day sightseeing Kaz.
Good luck with the laptop Jan.
Will be interested to hear if/what air fryer you get Osc.

No plans for today, intending to be extremely lazy.

Hope you all have a good day xx

I have bought a Ninja air fryer. It is one of the best ones on the market.
If you are buyingone, getone with two drawers. This means you can do veg in one and meat in the other. I usemine nearly every day.
It is easy to clean. Before you buy, decide where you are going to put it. There is heat going up which could eventually damage the underneath of
cupboards if it is on a worktop.
I only use the oven to warm the plate while the food is cooking.
