Will finish the cleaning off this morning and then depending on how Henrietta the hernia feels, will do some gardening, if it's not raining. She's causing me some discomfort, so might have to get strapped up again

Well B and I are off to Manchester this afternoon, for our wedding shopping weekend with my sister and niece. Should be lots of fun Our train is at 1.50, Becky is working this morning, as usual, and I have my SW meeting. I will be dipping in and out of VV on my phone whilst away. A meal out planned for tonight hitting the shops tomorrow, then a meal at Hannah and Armand's house in the evening

The sun is trying to come out but there are some grey clouds. It is still not warm.
Like Ally I will be going on a bus.I am going to Chorley. Will have lunch there.
Will post a birthday card for grand-daughter. She will be 25 this year. She said she wants a new laptop. Says Aplee isthe best one for
composing music. She plays the violin so knows what she wants. May combine birthday and Christmas and get hera good one.

Morning all, it’s grey and chilly here. Edward has gone to play golf and I’ll be going to the gym in a while. It’s two weeks since I last went, will need to take it easy. I might go for lunch with some of the ladies afterwards, depends on who is there. A tidy around the house before I go but no other h/work planned. Going dancing tonight.

Happy shopping Kaz, that sounds like a fun weekend!

Morning all, it’s pouring down so I have a depressed dog although he’s just cheered up a little when I reminded him that it’s Friday so it’s Tesco delivery day. He’s now perched on the arm of the sofa in the downstairs living room so that he can watch for the Tesco man, he loves the Tesco man. Or men, it’s a different one every week but he loves them all

I’ve had a good clean around - hoovered, mopped and also cleaned the bathrooms while listening to a playlist I did on Spotify. Still listening now, it’s currently playing Geno by Dexy’s. One of my favourites, and it takes me right back to my last year at junior school.

Joe only works a half day on Fridays so he’ll be back around noon, Amanda’s coming over at some point too and they’re off to the cinema later this afternoon. I think she’s staying tonight but she’s got work tomorrow.

In and out of the pre-assessment in no time. It was just to update the bloods and swabs. As usual she made a mess of doing the bloods, I now have a nice black bruise on both arms!! Goodness knows why, I don't have a problem anywhere else, the nurse at our surgery never leaves a mark.

Washing and bed change day for me, exhausted just thinking about it
