Walked off the plane last night into a wall of heat.

Expected to be 31° today so after a swim I'll be having a very lazy day reading by the pool.

Monday night's Masterchef to watch before tonight's episode.

Blowing a hooley still so feels cold in that wind.

Off to Ourique this morning, just the normal shopping to do.

Pit stop at the bar for a coffee and gossip.

If the wind drops, you'll find me out in the garden. If not, I'll be reading.

And I really must do the ironing I didn't do yesterday. Got my head in a book and that was it - the day gone

Morning all from a dull and grey Wicklow - I could do with walking into a wall of heat! We’re having breakfast and when we finish packing up, we’ll head home. I do like it here, but it’s quite a cold house and we’ve had the heat on every evening. We’ve had a nice few days though. This afternoon we are going to the solicitor to sign our new wills. We’ll go home first, unpack the car and I’ll get a wash on. It’s nice to go away but always nice to get home.

We have been to Pontefract for market day and MrsC has cleaned our son's house.
It's raining on and off here after a sunny morning.
Not a wall of heat but at least we don't have that sneaky cold wind today; I'll settle for that.
