A swim later and lazing by the pool with my kindle.

Not as warm as yesterday. Some clouds but the sun is trying to come out. Forecast says it will get hotter. Going to the bank this morning. Then finishing the ironing.
If it gets sunny will be sunbathing again this afternoon. As they old saying goes "Make hay while the sun shines"

Lovely, sunny morning

Managed a lie/in this morning as the cat was already out at 4.30 And the dogs have only just started, so that-s a bonus too.

Washing out and should dry quickly.

More cutting back for me before it gets too hot and Grumpy will be out sorting out the fig tree stump. He-ll make a load of holes in it and I-ll pout some salt down them. Worked with the mimosa, so should with this one too. But the roots They-re huge

Might pop down to the bar later, I need to take the rubbish down *any excuse (

Morning all, another gorgeous day, it feels like we are having a mini-holiday before our actual holiday! It is a bank holiday here so Howth will undoubtedly be very busy. I’ll spend some time in the sun, and do a few bits and pieces around the house. Might give myself a pedicure this evening, I usually get it done but just fancy doing it myself this time. Working my way successfully through the holiday list so by Wednesday morning I will just need to pack.

I’m in town waiting for Em, she’ll be here any minute A natter and a cuppa, a mooch in the shops, then a light bite of lunch. I do enjoy my Mondays Up to D’s later this afternoon, Mick will be there, he wants to cut back some shrubs, and D’s garden bin gets emptied this morning.

Morning all

Bright and sunny

More washing today, I changed from winter to summer bedding just before we went away so that's all been sat in the bin waiting to be done. Hopefully that really will be it.........until the weekend at least! The garden really needs a good tidy up, but it will have to wait for another day or so, at least the forecast is good.

Expecting a Tesco delivery this afternoon, oh the excitement.
